Spa Information and Booking

We are lucky to have both talented male and female therapists at H Spa. Please note your treatment may be provided by either a male or female therapist.

Booking a Spa Treatment

We strongly recommend booking well in advance of your visit, especially if visiting on weekends or special occasions.

Please note you will not have access to the facilities if you are visiting just for treatments and our minimum age for guests for all treatments is 16 years old.

Booking a Spa Day and Spa Stay

Treatments times will be allocated at the time of booking. These times are approximate and whilst we make every effort to honour these, we do reserve the right to change or amend the times without prior knowledge or consent.

Please be aware that if you arrive late or miss your spa appointment this may result in your treatment time being shortened. The full amount will still be charged.

All treatment times include a consultation. Full payment is required at time of booking; we also recommend pre-booking treatments as we cannot guarantee availability on the day. Our minimum age for guests for spa days and spa stays is 16 years old.
